Surface Considerations
At Bright Star Exploration, we view landowners as our partners and respect the value they place on their property. Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) surface operations are minimally invasive, especially when compared to oil and gas operations and conventional mining.

Lease Bonus, Term and Scope
Upon signing a Bright Star lease, each mineral owner will be paid a highly competitive lease bonus, calculated on a per-net-acre basis.
OUR LEASE HAS A FIVE-YEAR PRIMARY TERM, WITH TWO SEPARATE OPTIONS TO EXTEND AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEARS.

Initial five years of the lease are paid entirely upfront

Extensions of the primary term may be paid upfront or annually with increasing amounts over time

Our lease addresses incidental oil and gas production, but itdoes not encumber a mineral owner’s ability to independently lease their oil and gas minerals
Royalty Framework
Receiving a lease bonus and the monthly production royalty provide supplemental income, which can be meaningful for mineral owners. Bright Star is excited to offer mineral owners an industry-leading royalty that is cost free.
